The dark side!
Before you start using ketamine you should know what are the effects of mixing ketamine with other drugs. Like all the anesthetics, ketamine is not a good mixer, it will only increase the drug’s sedative effects if you want to combine it with alcohol, amphetamines, cannabis, cocaine, ecstasy, heroin, LSD, magic mushrooms, tobacco, etc.
Taking ketamine with other drugs you run the risk of slowing or shutting down your central nervous system by combining drugs in this way. Respiratory depressants like alcohol and valium are particularly risky. At anything above a low level dose, 50mg or less, ketamine is so powerful and complete that for most users, combining it with any other drug only detracts from the experience.
There have been very few scientific studies into the effects of combining psychoactive drugs. The information presented here it is based on the subjective reports of experienced users. Different people will respond differently to different drugs and drug combinations.
Combined with ketamine, alcohol can cause nausea and vomiting; can also depress respiratory system at high doses. Some users add amphetamines to lower doses of ketamine for a more psychedelic party drug feel. Also ketamine amplifies certain cannabis effects, notably closed-eye imagery. Make sure you stub the joint out before taking ketamine.
Some users like to take small ketamine “bumps” towards the end of their ecstasy experience, considering that they bring back the ecstasy sensations and add a psychedelic tinge. Ketamine combined with heroin depresses respiratory system. There were no reported health problems by using LSD in combination with ketamine, but can make a weird trip even weirder. Get in a ketamine rehab as soon as you can!
Also, there were no reported problems for simultaneous use of mushroom and ketamine, same thing for tobacco, with the only difference that if you are smoking entering in a ketamine daze you could burn your house down. Depressants are dangerous with ketamine, anyway, you can’t be more relaxed with valium than when you’re on ketamine.
We strongly recommend to everyone reading this article to stay out of ketamine abuse, however, if you or someone close to you have problems with ketamine addiction, we suggest you to visit Drug Rehab centers in Canada.
